All orders will be shipped the next business day (excluding holidays & weekends) and are guaranteed to be at your door within 13 days to a US zip code. If you request to receive your order in less than 14 days from now, you will be charged extra for shipping in order to get it to you in time. We accept the following Credit Cards: MasterCard, VISA, Discover and American Express. Prices are subject to change without notice. Stock is subject to prior sale. Delivery to carrier constitutes delivery to customer. Shipping charges are not refundable unless the carrier has failed to meet the delivery commitment outlined in their shipping guide. SecretEnhancer.com will only refund Shipping Charges when the carrier has failed to meet the delivery commitment and issued credit to SecretEnhancer.com. The decision made by a carrier regarding a claim for refund is final. Customer must be sure to communicate correct shipping address to SecretEnhancer.com All shippers charge a $10.00 fee if an incorrect address has been provided. These fees will be transferred to the customer, only if the customer provided the incorrect ship-to address. Shipping Company will NOT accept special shipping instructions from Dealer, other than "Ship To" Name and Address. Exchanges through the mail are also subject to this shipping fee. If we are shipping your order out of state, it is not subject to sales tax (Nevada – 7.75%). We reserve the right to cancel an order at our discretion if an item is priced incorrectly.

Return Policy:
You can return your device in 2 months if you do not notice a difference in the size of your penis, we will refund 40% of all total cost of product less shipping and handling. There is only a 2.5% of the patients whose penis will not grow. To return an item, just follow the simply directions below and we’ll take care of the rest! Pack the item(s) securely. All returned products should be in the condition they were received in, as well as in their original packaging. Please remember to include all warranty cards and manuals. Please include the No Problem Return Form with a copy of your receipt. Send your package via UPS, FedEx or insured Parcel Post. (Please note that shipping charges cannot be refunded.) We will not grant refund for damaged return item or those lost in the mail. All returns are granted subject to our discretion. In the event of any questions or problems with your order, or if the product received was defective or damaged, please contact our Customer Service Department within 31 days of receipt. International Shipping
Customer is responsible for all duty rates, customs and brokerage fees . International orders are shipped by USPS. International orders can only be shipped to the billing address for the credit card being used or if you want to pay by wire transfer, bankers check or draft we can ship to any address in the world once we receive payment. Orders to Canada will be shipped via US Mail, which does not allow package tracking. There may be additional taxes and duty fees, and delays as the package goes through customs. SecretEnhancer.com is not responsible for carrier delays, customs hold ups and lost packages.
